Role: Ecommerce Manager
Problem :Manual affiliate recruitment and activation didn’t scale. It took 3 full-time people just to manage 50 active creators/month. Sample requests piled up, approvals were slow, and there was no system to increase creator posting rate.
Solution: Designed and led an end-to-end Affiliate Operating System to scale from dozens to thousands of creators:

Project Summery
Problem: Manual affiliate recruitment and activation didn’t scale. It took 3 full-time people just to manage 50 active creators/month. Sample requests piled up, approvals were slow, and there was no system to increase creator posting rate.
Solution: Designed and led an end-to-end Affiliate Operating System to scale from dozens to thousands of creators:
1. Creator Sourcing & Outreach Pipeline
Built a database of 5000+ competitor affiliates. Structured outreach system sending 500 invites/day. Filtered and approved 100+ sample requests/day using an Approval Rubric to avoid wasting samples on low-quality creators.
2. Affiliate Activation Engine
Activated 10+ new creators per day for Affiliates Post & Affiliates Ads. Implemented briefing & content tracking systems to keep creators posting consistently with TOF-MOF-BOF angles.
3. Performance-Based Scaling Framework
Identified top 5% performing affiliates based on GMV & video view data. Prioritized samples and boosted their content via Spark Ads to maximize revenue. Eliminated manual creator selection.
