1. Shopee Affiliate & MCN Scaling
Built end-to-end Shopee Affiliate system for gladfidsya brand. Onboarded MCN partners to activate 500+ affiliates. Managed sample seeding & commission optimization via Shopee Affiliate Program. Made affiliate top 3 traffic & revenue channel.
2. Shopee Live Commerce Leadership
Led daily Shopee Live operation as key conversion engine. Directed host scripting, flash voucher, and coin cashback strategy. Synchronized Shopee Ads + MCN affiliate traffic to boost live viewers during peak hours. Live contributed 30%+ of monthly GMV.
3. Mega Campaign Execution
Led 3.3, 3.15 Payday, and 3.25 Gajian Sale campaigns. Used Shopee Data & Business Insights to identify trending SKUs and competitor pricing pre-campaign. Executed Flash Sale, Bundle Deals, and Shopee Live with gladfidsya. Coordinated MCN affiliate push during traffic spikes.
4. CPAS & Paid Traffic Optimization
Managed CPAS – Collaborative Platform Ads Solution Meta x Shopee for gladfidsya. Optimized Meta traffic to Shopee product pages using Shopee Data signals. Scaled CPAS budget during 3.3-3.25 campaigns, driving high-intent buyers from IG/FB Ads to Shopee with trackable ROAS. CPAS became top paid traffic source outside Shopee Ads.
5. Traffic & Store Optimization
Drove 170,367 visitors with 15.19% conversion rate via SEO-optimized titles, shop decoration, and voucher strategy. Shopee Ads + CPAS + MCN affiliates drove 50%+ external traffic to product pages. Maintained high shop score & seller rating.
