Scope & Responsibilities: TikTok Shop Seller Center, Business Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Winning Hunter, MCN Management, Live Commerce Strategy, Campaign Center, CS & Warehouse Coordination
1. Affiliate Scaling System
Built and led end-to-end Affiliate Operating System for Glafidsya brand. Managed 5000+ creator pipeline with 500 invites/day & 100+ sample approvals/day. Onboarded MCN partners to activate 1000+ affiliates in 3 months with 1 operator. Made affiliate top 3 revenue channel.
2. Live Commerce Leadership
Led daily live commerce operation for Glafidsya with dr. Reza Gladys as live owner & key traffic conversion engine. Directed host scripting, product bundling, and voucher strategy for live sessions. Scaled live GMV by synchronizing MCN affiliate traffic + TikTok Ads during peak hours. Live contributed 40%+ of monthly GMV.
3. Peak Day Campaign Execution
Led 3.3, 3.15 Payday, and 3.25 Gajian Sale campaigns. Used Winning Hunter to identify trending SKUs pre-campaign. Drove single-day GMV spike of >Rp30B through Flash Sale, Product Bundling, Live Shopping with dr. Reza Gladys, and coordinated MCN affiliate push.
4. Traffic & Storefront Optimization
Generated 80.77M product views to 5M users via SEO-optimized titles, hero short videos featuring dr. Reza Gladys, shop decoration, and voucher strategy. Shop Tab contributed Rp6.98B GMV. Live + MCN affiliates drove 50%+ external traffic to product pages.
5. End-to-End Marketplace Operations
Owned full promotion calendar: Flash Sale, Bundle Deals, Product Ads & Live Ads setup. Coordinated with CS & warehouse teams to handle multi-billion daily volume from live, ads, and affiliates with zero overselling.
6. Data-Driven Scaling
Monitored Business Center + Winning Hunter data daily to reallocate ad budget, live slot priority, and MCN samples toward winning SKUs during sales spikes on Mar 7-9, 15, and 25. Boosted top 5% performing affiliates via Spark Ads.
